Satnam means “Truth is my Identity. ” It’s a Sanskrit word that validates an individual’s inner truth, which they speak out loud and live daily. It also honors a person’s truth as accurate and a reflection of their journey of self.
Satnam Wellness was created on this premise by dynamic women who came together to create a vibrant support community and become a beacon of light, hope, and education for those seeking a healthier, happier life. We are passionate about helping people feel their best, and we use our unique expertise to create a truly holistic experience. We understand that true wellness is more than physical health – balancing mind, body, and spirit. Our dedication to natural therapies and alternative healing is a heart-centered practice, and we offer a warm, compassionate environment where individuals can feel safe and supported on their journey toward greater well-being. Noemi is an experienced Integrative Spiritual and Healing Energetic Bodywork practitioner with over 18 years of experience in the field. She brings a unique blend of intuitive abilities to her practice, including Channeling, Guided Meditation, Trauma/ Grief, Somatic Breathwork, Vibrational Sound Therapy, and Shamanic Reiki, to help her clients achieve balance in mind, body, and spirit.
As a 5th-generation Mayan Medicine Woman, Noemi’s Shamanism lineage also includes Peruvian practice, which further adds to her expertise and knowledge in healing. Her healing work is her soul’s purpose and calling, and she shares her gifts with those who are open and willing to dive deep within themselves.
In her Western massage therapy practice, Noemi offers 20 unique massage modalities, ensuring a customized wellness experience for each client. She uses advanced therapeutic, deep tissue, and medical techniques, such as Structural Integration (Rolfing), A.R.T. (Active Release Technique), Myofascial Release, Neuromuscular Therapy, and Assisted Stretching to correct muscular structure fascia (connective tissue) for many skeletal curvatures, injuries, and surgical recoveries.
She also offers Eastern treatments, such as Ayurvedic Abhyanga, Shirodhara Oil Massage, Table-Top Thai, and Hawaiian Sacred Lomi Lomi, among others. With her extensive training and expertise, Naomi is a trusted massage therapy practitioner, offering her clients holistic healing and wellness journeys.

Cassie brings over two decades of experience in massage therapy, with a significant portion of her 22-year career focused on providing medical massage in clinical settings. Her expertise lies in the areas of Medical Massage and Neuromuscular Therapy, with a specialization in rehabilitative bodywork for individuals dealing with both past and present injuries.
Apart from her extensive training in these areas, Cassie is also well-versed in various relaxation techniques and has a diverse clientele ranging in age from 16 to 90 years. She offers multiple styles of massage along with a range of Energetic Services, such as Chakra Balancing, Thai Fusion, and Cupping.
Cassie is also a Certified Holistic MLD (Manual Lymphatic Drainage) Practitioner, which adds to her repertoire of skills and knowledge. Why Was Satnam Wellness Created?
Satnam Wellness was created as a mindful, holistic hub for the Lakeland community to have a safe, welcoming, and sacred space to gather, learn, and heal themselves through personalized services unique to each individual who visits our center. Satnam means “Truth is My Identity,” a mantra representing that we all have an inner truth that we seek and rely on to find deeper meaning and purpose in our lives. It means the journey of the self by traveling the mind, body, and spirit to find harmony and balance for optimized living.
Are You a Day Spa?
We are not a day spa, nor do we operate solely as a massage studio; we are a holistic healing center that provides various bodywork services to heal the body physically, mentally, emotionally, and energetically. We see a limited number of clients daily. We often offer coaching, intuitive counseling, and other assessments before, during, and after services. We dedicate ample time to connect with our clients to ensure their ongoing treatments and healing sessions are producing the highest outcome for what they are seeking. This is not typical of a day spa or massage therapy clinic.
Do You Accept Walk-In Services?
Due to the sensitive nature of our work, as well as to honor and respect the privacy of our clients, we do not accept Walk-In Services. We operate by appointment only for all services and classes.
Do You Require a Payment Card to Reserve Services?
You can reserve services via telephone or our convenient online booking system. We will request a card be kept on file to confirm your appointment with your practitioner. As a service-based business, time is our product and cannot be returned or sold again if a client does not show up for their reserved service without prior communication. A card on file guarantees that you value our time, intend to come to our service and respect us as practitioners.
Service is only charged to the card on file if you request it or have not adhered to our cancellation policy and have not attempted to communicate with us.
Do You Accept Cash/Card?
We accept Cash or Cards. Checks are not permitted. We do not take health insurance, but we do accept HSA cards.
What is Your Cancellation Policy at Satnam Wellness?
Please give us at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Doing so will avoid a cancellation fee. Please view our policies for more in-depth information.
Do You Offer Services For Men at Satnam Wellness?
Yes, we offer various services for all people, including men. We offer different inclusive bodywork and energetic healing services that can be customized to meet individual needs.
Do You Offer Prenatal Services?
Yes! Our team is certified to provide prenatal massage therapy, which can be booked as a Satnam Massage, Satnam Deep Tissue, or a specialty service such as Fusion or Healing Massage.
We see the soon-to-be mother at 12 weeks and can provide bodywork until the due date or past it. Postpartum services can be provided once a physician clears the mother.
Do You Offer Services For Children?
We can provide a modified Satnam Massage service for children aged 10+ and full-body services for children aged 13+. A parent or guardian must be present in the studio for the duration of the bodywork.
No bodywork services are provided for children under the age of 10.
What Should I Expect During My First Visit to Satnam Wellness?
During your first visit, we will provide you with a brief tour of our practice and then welcome you into our mindful treatment room, where we will conduct a consultation to ensure that the services you requested best fit your needs. We will ask about your medical background, conditions, mental and emotional health, and spiritual well-being. Our approach is holistic of mind, body, and spirit, and we believe that alignment of all three is the best for optimal living.
What is an Energetic Healing Service?
An energetic healing service is a session that solely focuses on facilitating a safe, emotional, and spiritual processing experience to release repressed and suppressed emotions, pain, and trauma from the mind and body through a variety of different techniques.
Instruments, somatic breathwork, guided meditation and visualization, and healing touch can be used to provide this service.
Can You Explain the Spiritual Component of Energetic Healing?
The practitioners who provide healing services have faith-based backgrounds in various teachings and beliefs. We hold space for all religious practices and honor your chosen words for Higher Power, such as God, Source, or Universe.
The practitioners do not believe they heal anyone. They facilitate healing by connecting to the universal energy present on the earth and available to everyone. They also believe in connecting with the Higher Power, the Creator, whom they identify as God- the same as many religious organizations, churches, and faith-based practices. When they place their hands on people, prayer, meditation, and invocation to God provide support and healing energy for all.
Certain practices are performed that honor esoteric and indigenous teachings that these practitioners have learned and have been passed on by family culture and historic preservation.
What is Sound Healing & Sound Bath Meditation?
Sound healing is physical, emotional, and energetic through vibrational instruments that emit sound set at a specific frequency and resonance to penetrate the body. The sensation of the vibration felt within the body elicits an immediate response within the brain, nervous system, and tissue.
Sound bath meditation combines sound healing with audible guided visualization of the practitioner to assist the receiver in relaxing into a deeper conscious state for profound improvement. It can be facilitated for an individual or group at once.
Policies
Arrival Time
We encourage you to arrive at least 10 minutes before your treatment to complete check-in orientation. Arriving at the time or later than your service begins will limit the time of your treatment and may be disruptive to other customers. Wellness services will end on time to ensure the next guest is not delayed, and the total price of your treatment will be charged.
Etiquette
Satnam Wellness is a center of relaxation and tranquility. Please respect all guests’ rights to privacy and serenity. The facility is camera- and video-recorder- and smoke-free. Violating this policy without the establishment owner’s permission will result in dismissal from the center, a 100% charge for all services booked, and possible refusal of future services. Lower-level voices must be utilized in common areas to respect the wellness experience individuals are receiving.
Satnam Wellness is a family-friendly facility. Children ages 13-17 may receive massage services only at the sole discretion of the establishment owner and with written parental consent. Satnam Wellness staff cannot provide childcare while receiving services, and children cannot remain in the treatment room without adult supervision during your scheduled service.
Wellness Service Attire
Please wear comfortable clothing for all services. We encourage you to leave valuables out of the studio, as there are no enclosed lockers to store your personal property. Satnam Wellness will not be responsible for lost/stolen goods.
Appointment Requests
Satnam Wellness operates by appointment only to secure the optimal time that honors your schedule. Arrangements may be made online via the Satnam Wellness website, by calling our studio, or by visiting Satnam Wellness in person. Whether reserving a service online, over the telephone, or in person, a valid credit card is required to receive appointment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email once your credit card is verified and appointment availability is confirmed.
You will be contacted if your credit card cannot be verified and the service is unavailable. We strongly recommend advance reservations, as Satnam Wellness is a boutique practice, and limited guests may be accommodated daily.
Appointment Reminders
Ultimately, it is the client’s responsibility to remember their appointment. Still, Satnam Wellness will provide a courtesy appointment reminder via email beginning 72 hours before and a text message 24 hours before a scheduled appointment.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
We maintain a 48-hour cancellation policy for all treatments to honor all requested appointments. This time frame lets us promptly notify clients on our waiting list and keep operations running smoothly. Notifications with less than 48-hour notice to cancel/reschedule services inhibit our ability to book another customer in adequate time and affect our service providers financially.
All individuals who provide less than 48 hours ‘ notice to cancel/reschedule WILL incur a 100% charge for the service booked.
Please call Satnam Wellness directly if you need to cancel, adjust, or reschedule your appointment.
Late cancellations will result in a fee that Must be resolved to reschedule.
Prepaid services will not be refunded upon late cancellation or late rescheduling of an appointment.
Advance payments may be credited toward future services at Satnam Wellness. We do not process refunds after the transaction.
Depending on the length of your appointment and the daily schedule, a late arrival may result in rescheduling your appointment rather than rushing or inconveniencing the next client.
Satnam Wellness requires a credit card to secure appointment reservations
Please note that chargebacks on credit cards for late notice cancellation fees will result in the refusal of future services at Satnam Wellness.
We are committed to your satisfaction. If you are unhappy or dissatisfied with your products or service in any way, please call us to discuss your concerns.
Last Minute Personal Illness Exception
Your health is invaluable. We understand that bugs occasionally creep up on us suddenly, so we make an allowance for last-minute cancellations due to sickness. To ensure that everyone stays healthy, please remember that if you need to cancel at the last minute due to personal illness, the earliest you will be permitted to reschedule is 14 days from the date of your canceled appointment.
Suppose you have yet to cancel your appointment due to sickness. In that case, we must receive communication before your appointment the same day informing us you are ill. If our team contacts you if you do not arrive at your service and you tell us of illness during telephone communication, you will be charged as a no-show. You will also have to prepay for future services.
Forms of Payment
Accepts all major credit cards and cash. Checks are not permitted. Payment is required after services have been rendered.
Pricing & Gratuities
All Satnam Wellness prices are quoted in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change without prior notice.
Gratuities are welcome and appreciated. It is customary to give 18%-20% for excellent service.

We offer treatments designed explicitly for expectant mothers. Please get in touch with our practice to assist you in selecting services that are most suitable for you at this time. *Please note there are some treatment restrictions during the first trimester.*
Health & Comfort Concerns
When making reservations, please notify us of any health concerns, physical ailments, and disabilities you may have so that we can prepare and accommodate you appropriately and professionally.
Privacy Policy
We respect our customers’ privacy and will not release any customer information to third parties. We never trade, sell, rent, or share addresses or other personal information with anyone. Any information obtained is used only to process your purchase or maintain your client file.
Email and physical addresses are used solely for communication between Satnam Wellness and its clients. We respect your time and attention by carefully controlling the frequency of digital communication.
If you prefer to avoid receiving mail or emails or to change your expressed interests, let us know, and your file will be updated.
