Unwind, relax, and balance your mind and body with this powerful meditation session complete with live instruments, guided visualization, mantras, breathwork, essential oils and crystals. Please bring a pillow to feel comfortable while you restore inner peace.

Mats, Chairs, Bolsters and Blankets are provided.

Shamanic Healing Circle and Meditation

Welcome to a loving, authentic, genuine Spiritual Community within the Sanctuary at Satnam Wellness. Shamanic Circle is a Monthly Life Coaching Talk Circle where people of all walks of life, faiths, and beliefs gather to share, support, and provide guidance and wisdom for life‘s challenges and blessings. We also include a guided, visualized meditation journey with live drum and rattle to help integrate your personal healing at the end of our session. If you want to meet other like-minded people who need a safe space to connect and receive energetic and emotional healing with channeled messages from Shamanic practitioner Naomi P., join us for our next meet-up. Come as you are; all are welcomed with loving arms to grow, heal, and prosper.
